Tracking is where people quit.

Not the training. The training is 45 minutes and then it's over. It's standing in the kitchen at seven on a Wednesday, trying to log a chicken curry ingredient by ingredient while the food goes cold, that ends most of this.

So you round it. Then you stop logging the small things. Then you stop logging on weekends. Then you stop, and three weeks later you have no idea why nothing's moving.

This pack removes that step entirely. The recipe is already in MyFitnessPal's database with a barcode attached. You cook it, you scan it, you get on with your evening.

How it works

One scan, whole meal

Every recipe has one

Open MyFitnessPal, hit the scan icon, point it at the recipe card on your phone or your printout. The full meal drops into your diary with the portion already set.

38gProtein
42gCarbs
14gFat

Numbers already done

Every recipe was built and weighed properly, then tested. You're not trusting an estimate someone typed in once — you're logging what's actually on the plate.

Works with the free version of MyFitnessPal. You don't need a premium account. MyFitnessPal is a separate product and not affiliated with J-Stamina.

What's in the download

Every pack, in one file

Not one collection — all of them. You get the whole library the day you buy, and any pack we add later lands in your inbox at no extra cost.

60+

High Protein

The one most people live in. Enough protein to hold onto muscle while you're losing, in meals that don't taste like a diet.

40+

Low Carb

For weeks when it suits you. Not a rule, an option — and one that works well in the last stretch before an event.

30+

Immunity Support

Winter cooking built around zinc, fibre and actual vegetables. Soups, stews and the things you want in June.

25+

Christmas & Treats

Baking that fits the plan. December is not a write-off, and this is how you get through it without starting again in January.

25+

Braai & Weekend

Saturday food that doesn't undo the week. Marinades, sides and salads people will actually eat.

20+

Quick & Lazy

Fifteen minutes, one pan, ingredients already in the house. For the nights the plan nearly loses.

And the bits around the food

  • Shopping lists per pack, written for Checkers, Woolworths and Pick n Pay
  • Wholesome ingredients — nothing you have to order online or find at a health shop
  • Portion guide for cooking for a family who aren't doing this with you
  • Swap sheet — how to adjust a recipe up or down without redoing the numbers
  • Printable recipe cards as well as the phone version

Not included

  • Training programmes — those are in Transformation
  • A personalised meal plan built for your body
  • One-on-one nutrition guidance

This is a recipe library, not a diet plan. It tells you what to cook, not how much of it you personally should eat.

Who this is for

Buy it if

  • You already track, or you've tried and given up on the admin
  • You cook for yourself most nights
  • You want the food sorted without a subscription
  • You're doing someone else's training plan and just need the kitchen handled

Don't buy it if

  • You want a plan that tells you exactly what to eat each day
  • You're managing a medical condition that needs a dietitian's input
  • You have a history of disordered eating and tracking has been part of it — please speak to someone qualified first
  • You never cook
I built these because I was the person weighing four ingredients at seven at night and losing my mind. The barcode isn't a gimmick. It's the reason I'm still logging four years later. Janja Wills, founder

This is a recipe collection, not medical or dietetic advice, and it isn't a treatment for any condition. If you're pregnant, managing diabetes or another chronic condition, or you've had a difficult relationship with food or tracking, speak to your doctor or a registered dietitian before changing how you eat.

Questions

Do I need MyFitnessPal premium?

No. The barcode scanner is in the free version. If you don't use MyFitnessPal at all, every recipe still shows its full macros on the card, so you can log it anywhere or ignore the numbers entirely.

Are the ingredients easy to find in South Africa?

Yes — that was a hard rule when we wrote them. Everything comes from an ordinary supermarket. No imported protein powders, no specialist flours, nothing that only exists in Cape Town.

Can I cook these for my family?

That's the point. They're normal meals with the numbers attached, not diet food on a separate plate. The portion guide covers scaling a recipe up for people who aren't tracking.

Is this a subscription?

No. R499 once, one download, yours permanently. Nothing rebills. New packs we release get emailed to you free.

What if it isn't for me?

If you haven't downloaded the file, tell us within 7 days and we'll refund you in full. Once it's downloaded we can't take it back — full detail on the refunds page.

I bought Transformation. Do I need this too?

Transformation includes meal plans for each programme, so you're not stuck without food. This is the wider library — 200+ recipes to cook from for years rather than a set plan for a set block. Plenty of people buy both.
