The Transformation

Six programmes.
One order.

Most people fail at this because they start at step four. This is the whole path, in the order Janja walked it — from the first session that doesn't hurt to the one that gets you on stage.

You've done this before.

You've downloaded the plan. You've done two weeks of it. Then a bad Monday, or a work trip, or a knee that hurt, and by March the file is somewhere in your downloads folder with a name you don't recognise.

That isn't a discipline problem. It's a sequencing problem. Nearly every programme sold online is written for someone who is already fit, already cooking, already sleeping. If that isn't where you're starting, the plan doesn't fail gently — it fails on day three, in a way that makes you feel like the problem.

These six run in order for a reason. Each one makes the next one survivable.

What you get

The path, rung by rung

You unlock the next programme when you've finished the one before it. Most people spend six to twelve weeks in each, so this is a year of training — not a 30-day sprint you'll abandon.

  1. Starting Fat Loss

    6–8 weeks  ·  3 sessions a week  ·  Home or gym

The one that has to be easy enough to actually do. Short sessions, movements that work at your current size, and nothing that leaves you unable to walk on Tuesday. The goal here is not fat loss. The goal is proving to yourself that you show up.

    Inside
    • Full 6-week training plan with video for every movement
    • A meal plan built around food you already eat
    • The tracking guide — how to log without becoming obsessive about it

You're finished when three sessions a week has stopped being a decision.

  2. Lean Muscle

8 weeks  ·  3–4 sessions a week  ·  Gym or full home kit

Strength work, so that what you lose stays lost. This is where the scale slows down and the mirror speeds up — the point most people quit, because they're still measuring the wrong thing. The programme tells you what to measure instead.

    Inside
    • Progressive lifting plan with a loading scheme you can follow without a coach
    • Protein targets and how to hit them on a South African budget
    • Form videos for every lift, filmed from the angles that actually show the fault

You're finished when you're lifting more than you were in week one and you know why.

  3. Eat Real Food

6 weeks  ·  Kitchen work, not gym work

Cooking, portions and swaps. No banned list, no shakes, nothing you have to order online. This is the programme that outlives all the others, because it's the one you'll still be running in five years when you've forgotten what a mesocycle is.

    Inside
    • Six weeks of meals with shopping lists built for Checkers and Woolworths
    • The swap sheet — what to do at a braai, a wedding, a Wimpy on the N1
    • Portion guide that works without a scale

You're finished when you can cook a week's food without looking anything up.

  4. Bullet Proof Gut

4 weeks  ·  Runs alongside your training

Bloating, sluggishness and the digestion problems that come with eating very differently to how you used to. Fibre, hydration, timing and the unglamorous stuff nobody sells because it doesn't photograph well. It matters, because you cannot train consistently while you feel awful.

    Inside
    • Four-week structured reintroduction plan
    • Fibre and hydration targets, and how to raise them without wrecking a week
    • A symptom log that tells you what's actually causing it

You're finished when food stops being something you brace for.

  5. Metabolic Reboot

6–8 weeks  ·  Eating more, on purpose

If you've been dieting for a long time — and by this point you have — you can't keep cutting forever. This programme walks you back up: more food, more training capacity, and the mental work of watching the scale move up a little without panicking.

    Inside
    • Week-by-week structure for adding food back without undoing the work
    • Training volume increases to match
    • The honest conversation about what the scale does during this, so it doesn't blindside you

You're finished when you're eating meaningfully more and holding your weight.

  6. Final Fat Loss

8–12 weeks  ·  The sharp end

The last phase, and the only one that's genuinely hard. Tighter structure, more precision, and a defined end date — whether that's a stage, a wedding, or a photograph you've been avoiding for a decade. You only get here having done the other five, because this one takes everything they built.

    Inside
    • A dated 8–12 week plan working backwards from your event
    • Training that protects muscle while the food comes down
    • What to do the week after — the part almost nobody plans for

You're finished on the day you said you would be.

Habit Stacking Challenge

Included with all six. The mindset work that sits underneath the whole thing — building habits that stack instead of compete, the gratitude practice Janja still does, and the honest section on drinking less. Run it from day one, alongside whichever programme you're in.

Who this is for

Buy it if

  • You've got a long way to go and you know it
  • You want to be told what to do next, in order
  • You'd rather train three honest days a week than six fantasy ones
  • You've got a year in you, not a month
  • You can work on your own, from a written plan

Don't buy it if

  • You want to lose a stated amount by a stated date and nothing else will do
  • You need someone checking on you to stay honest
  • You're already lean and training well — this starts further back than you are
  • You're pregnant, recovering from surgery or under medical instruction. Talk to your doctor first, then come back
I'm not finished. I'm still in this, still logging, still having weeks that go badly. I'm not selling you the view from the top — I'm selling you the route I'm still walking, written down properly so you don't have to work it out alone. Janja Wills, founder

Everything on this page describes a training and nutrition programme, not a medical treatment. Results depend on your starting point, your health and your consistency, and nobody can promise you a number. Speak to your doctor before starting, especially if you're pregnant, injured, on medication or managing a chronic condition.

Questions

Do I need a gym?

Not for the first programme — Starting Fat Loss runs at home with a set of dumbbells and a bench or sturdy chair. From Lean Muscle onwards a gym makes it considerably easier, and by Final Fat Loss you'll want one.

How long does the whole thing take?

Around a year if you run them back to back at the pace they're written. There's no clock on it though — you own the files, and plenty of people repeat a programme before moving on.

Can I skip to the one I want?

They unlock in order, and that's deliberate. Metabolic Reboot makes no sense if you haven't dieted; Final Fat Loss will break you if you haven't built the base. If you're genuinely further along than programme one, email us and we'll tell you honestly where to start.

Is this a subscription?

No. R995 once, and the files are yours. Nothing rebills. The only monthly thing we sell is Coaching.

What if it isn't for me?

If you haven't downloaded the files, tell us within 7 days and we'll refund you in full. Once they're downloaded we can't take them back — full detail on the refunds page.

I'm a long way from being able to train. Is this still for me?

That's exactly who programme one is written for. Janja started at 195 kg. The first sessions assume you can't do a push-up and don't make you feel bad about it.

Start at the beginning.

Six programmes, in order, plus the habit work. R995 once, then it's yours.
